This causes the mill to produce less powder or even blast. In this regard, Raymond Mill has set up explosion-proof measures on the upper part of the body to avoid accidental damage caused by the explosion of the Raymond mill. The airflow is balanced by adjusting the residual air duct between the fan and the main engine, and the excess gas is introduced into the small cyclone collector, and the fine powder brought in by the residual gas is collected, and finally the upper exhaust pipe of the small cyclone collector is collected. It is discharged into the atmosphere or introduced into the dust collector to purify the exhaust air. However, the technical requirements of the operator are relatively high and need to be discovered and adjusted in time.
The space inside the main grinding chamber of the mill is limited. If the grinding roller is installed more, the grinding space of the grinding chamber will be reduced, the material volume ratio will be reduced, and the output will not be too high; however, there is no benefit from one more grinding roller. Yet? It can't be said that the same model, grinding low-hardness materials, the required fineness is the same, it is definitely that the grinding roller has a higher output, because the grinding space is large, the volume ratio is high; if it is grinding some hard materials, One more grinding roller has one more grinding process, which is higher than that of one less grinding roller.
